Return & Refund Policy
Changed your mind? No problem at all here at Saloki Origin we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer domestic or international.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and approved
Note: We do not accept change of mind returns on final sale items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to honouring your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. International customers are also protected under the consumer laws of their country.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of our production methods such as garment dyeing, hand-printing, and natural textile finishes there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or print placement between products or compared to website images. These are not considered faults but a reflection of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each item.
