We ship with care and intention, your Saloki pieces are more than clothing.
Current Shipping Locations:
Australia, Canada, European Union, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States.
New Zealand (Domestic)
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time: 1–3 business days via NZ Post / courier
Shipping cost: Flat NZ$10 standard; free shipping for orders over NZ$120
Taxes: Prices include NZ GST. No additional duties apply.
Returns: Domestic returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Australia
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time: 5–7 business days via DHL / courier
Shipping cost: AUD $15 standard; free shipping for orders over AUD $120
Taxes & Duties: Australian GST (10%) may be charged on delivery for orders exceeding the low-value threshold. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days; customer covers return shipping. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
United States
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time: 10–14 business days via NZ Post International / Fedex Express
Shipping cost: USD $20 standard
Taxes & Duties: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

United Kingdom

Shipping cost: £10 standard

Orders under £135 may include VAT at checkout once registered.
Orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT or duties on arrival. Customers are responsible for these charges.

European Union

Some pieces are made especially for you. If your item is a pre-order or made to order, estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page. These items may take longer to ship, but they are worth the wait.
