Saloki began in moments…..glitter crowns and plastic heels, music echoing from another room, the scent of perfume. Clothes were never just clothes. They were stories, spells, small rebellions, marking the start of transformation. They held and hold feeling.

From childhood dress-up to the thrill of curating outfits as a teen, fashion became a way to speak without words. This transitioned, independent boutiques and underground brands that opened the door to style as identity that emanated the raw, the unapologetic and expression.  Travelled through sun drenched streets and vibrant markets only deepened the love noticing how people all around WORE themselves, with intention and grace.

At home, style was ritual. Music on. Clothes laid out. High energy. Whether from family, community, or the energy of a buzzing London city night, there was always something sacred in the way we prepared to be seen.

And when the world asked for structure corporate roles, grown-up responsibilities it was clothing that became armour. A three-piece suit. A sharp silhouette. The power of stepping into your skin fully.
