Changed your mind? No problem.

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.  

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer domestic or international. 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and approved

Note: We do not accept change of mind returns on final sale items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to honouring your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. International customers are also protected under the consumer laws of their country.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of our production methods such as garment dyeing, hand-printing, and natural textile finishes there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or print placement between products or compared to website images. These are not considered faults but a reflection of the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each item.
